MAIN APPLICABLE RULES (last version 09-12-2017)

Selection Terms and Conditions:

• Not had been participated in previous editions of the Corner
• Meet at least 2 of the following 3 conditions:

1. Turnover (status 2017) < 1.00 MM€.
2. Company valuation (st. 2017): < € 3.00 MM
3. Year of Incorporation: < 2 years

(*1) Jury will selected 10 final StartUps plus 2 others to replace any of them in case of necessity.

Mandatory Terms of Participation in #PropTech StartUp Corner La Salle-TECNOVA (StartUps selected):

• The StartUp must occupy the stand assigned during the 2 days of the Show, from the opening hour to its conclusion and will maintain at least one representative during all the opening hours of the Show to attend the information requests by the attendees. 
• A StartUp representative must prepare in advance and make a 5-minute pitch (StartUp Contest) in front of a jury and attendees and also answer the questions they might request. 

 If the StartUp selected do not comply with the Terms of Participation, it must pay to INMOTECNIA-RENT Organization the cost of its participation.
